Who is responsible for your data

What we collect

When you buy, Stripe processes your payment and shares with us your name, email address, billing country and the details of your order. We do not receive your card number. If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you choose to tell us.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use this information to supply your purchase, send you files or help if something goes wrong (performance of a contract), and to keep records required for tax and accounting (legal obligation). We do not send marketing emails to customers unless you have asked us to.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments) and Netlify (website hosting) process data on our behalf. Stripe may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We never sell your personal data.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe's checkout page sets cookies that are strictly necessary for secure payment and fraud prevention.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years to meet UK tax rules. Emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email rhysh1264@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
