What you are buying

Weekly Meal Prep Checklist is a digital product delivered as a downloadable PDF file. The price is £6.99, including any applicable VAT. Payment is taken securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Delivery

As soon as your payment is confirmed you are taken to a download page, and Stripe emails you a receipt. If anything goes wrong with the download, email us and we will send the file to you directly.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. Because this is digital content supplied immediately, by completing your purchase you ask us to supply it straight away and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once the download is made available. This does not affect your rights if the content is faulty; see our refund policy.

Licence

You may use the product for your own personal use and print copies for yourself. You may not resell, share or publish it, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

Our responsibility

The product contains general information and guidance only. It is not professional, medical, legal or financial advice. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
